day 57, monday

I did cook something on Monday but here I am on Wednesday evening and I’m struggling to remember what it was! I’ll have to consult my work order. Ah, yes. I started off the dough for brioche – you really do not want to know how much butter there is in it! Then I made two courses with filo pastry – salmon with ginger and tomato and spring rolls with Thai dipping sauce. Both were good but in the lunchtime rush I forgot to take pics. Silly me.

I’m afraid I had to go home at lunchtime on Monday. There is a bug going around the school and we are dropping like flies.
