day 60, thursday

Thursday was Italian day. We had a pasta masterclass and we all loved it! We we were all wishing it had been a whole day. I made tortellini (a filled pasta, stuffed with ricotta, parsley and Parmesan) and zabaglione semi freddo.


Looked pretty good.


Tasted great!


And this was the zabaglione semi freddo – delicious!
