A lovely summer’s day definitely made better by a delicious raspberry and strawberry tart! It wasn’t as easy as Rachel made it look, but certainly worth the effort. I also marinated some tuna for a starter and put the mackerel which Darina brought in for us to fillet into the same marinade. I overcooked the tuna slightly but it still tasted good. The mackerel stuck to the ridged pan – it didn’t look quite so appetising but again tasted good.
The tart tasted scrumptious!
